Heavy oil is a kind of crude oil which contains features such as high density, high viscosity and poor fluidity. The content of asphaltene and colloid is high, so the conventional oil extraction technology is difficult to extract.
The nano compound type super heavy oil assist producing medicament, which is researched and manufactured by our company, belongs to water fluid emulsion viscosity reduction assist producing medicament. It is composed of the ion and anionic type surfactant and nano inorganic additives. When the product is in contact with the heavy oil, it can make the oil-water interface tension decrease, and form the O / W type emulsion liquid. The surfactant molecules are absorbed around the oil droplets to form a protective film, preventing the re-aggregation of the oil droplets. Nano inorganic additives, by means of entering the oil-water interface, surrounded by asphaltenes, the asphaltenes can make nano inorganic additive particles wet, and form the rigid membrane around the water to prevent water droplets from aggregating, reduce the frequency of collisions and the coalescence rate between the droplets, and improve the emulsion liquid’s stability. Reduce the friction force between the emulsion liquid and the tube wall, as well as the internal molecular of the emulsion liquid, in order to achieve the purpose of the heavy oil viscosity reduction, increasing production.
