Description：Lypressin Acetate是哺乳動(dòng)物如豬等腦下垂體后葉分泌激素，與加壓素結(jié)構(gòu)唯一不同點(diǎn)在于第八位由精氨酸換成賴氨酸，是由9個(gè)氨基酸組成的環(huán)狀多肽。Lypressin Acetate在臨床上主要用于尿崩癥、食管靜脈曲張出血的治療，也用于中樞性尿崩癥、腎性尿崩癥和精神性煩渴的鑒別診斷。
Lypressin Acetate is a hormone secreted by the posterior pituitary gland of mammals such as pigs. The only structural difference from vasopressin is that the eighth position is replaced by arginine, which is a cyclic peptide composed of 9 amino acids. Lypressin acetate is mainly used in clinical practice for the treatment of diabetes insipidus and esophageal variceal bleeding, as well as for the differential diagnosis of central diabetes insipidus, renal diabetes insipidus, and psychogenic restlessness.
