Description：Pantinin-1是一種存在于 Pandinus imperator 蝎毒中的一種抗菌肽，是由14個氨基酸組成的多肽。Pantinin-1 對革蘭氏陽性菌和真菌具有強效抗菌活性，對革蘭氏陰性菌的抗菌活性較弱，對人類紅細胞的溶血活性極低。Pantinin-1 也具有抗癌活性，能夠誘導腫瘤細胞發(fā)生凋亡 (apoptosis)。
Pantinin-1 is an antimicrobial peptide found in Pandinus Imperator scorpion venom, consisting of 14 amino acids. Pantinin-1 has strong antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteria and fungi, weak antibacterial activity against Gram negative bacteria, and extremely low hemolytic activity against human red blood cells. Pantinin-1 also has anti-cancer activity and can induce apoptosis in tumor cells.
