Mc MMAF (Malemidocaproyl monomethylauristatin F) is an active molecular linker for ADC, which is formed by coupling the highly efficient microtubule inhibitor Monomethylauristatin F (MMAF) with the protective group Malemidocaproyl. Mc MMAF can be conjugated with anti BCMA antibodies to form J6M0 mcMMAF, promoting apoptosis and inhibiting tumor growth.
