蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 20.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 30-37 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員25（TNFRSF25）——亦稱Apo-3、死亡受體3（DR3）、凋亡誘導(dǎo)受體AIR、凋亡介導(dǎo)受體TRAMP、淋巴細(xì)胞相關(guān)死亡受體——是TNF受體超家族成員。該蛋白以同源二聚體形式存在，可通過(guò)死亡結(jié)構(gòu)域與TNFRSF1及TRADD發(fā)生強(qiáng)相互作用，從而激活至少兩條信號(hào)通路：細(xì)胞凋亡通路和NF-κB信號(hào)通路。TNFRSF25是TNFSF12/APO3L/TWEAK的專屬受體。
