TSHR促甲狀腺激素受體是一種接受促甲狀腺激素信號(hào)，刺激細(xì)胞生成甲狀腺激素和三碘甲狀腺激素的跨膜受體。促甲狀腺激素受體是膜內(nèi)在蛋白中G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體超家族的一員，與Gs蛋白相連接。促甲狀腺激素受體抗體又稱膜受體抗體，是直接作用于甲狀腺細(xì)胞膜上的TSH受體的抗體，屬免疫球蛋白IgG。促甲狀腺素受體(抗體)是一類可以特異性結(jié)合促甲狀腺素受體的多克隆抗體，主要用于檢測(cè)促甲狀腺素受體蛋白的免疫學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。

Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) is a guanine nucleotide-binding protein-coupled seven-transmembrane-domain receptor that controls the differentiation, growth, and function of the thyroid gland through stimulation of adenylyl cyclase and phospholipase C pathways. Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) is the main TSHR ligand, and unliganded receptor remains silent due to the interaction of its large extracellular domain with the extracellular loops of the serpentine. The TSHR gene is highly mutagenic and constitutively active mutations have been extensively described.
