EBV BZLF1 (190-197) is a suitable epitope for CD8+T cells, which can be used to stimulate the release of IFNg. The CD8 positive cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response of EBV BZLF1 (190-197) exhibits diversity and can cross recognize similar peptide segments from host self proteins and bacterial proteins. EBV BZLF1 (190-197) can be used for research on autoimmune diseases.
