Human CXCL2, Fc Tag (CX2-H5253) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 35 - Asn 107 (Accession # P19875).

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 34.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 38-42 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

趨化因子（C-X-C基序）配體2（CXCL2）是屬于CXC趨化因子家族的一種小細(xì)胞因子，也稱為巨噬細(xì)胞炎性蛋白2α（MIP2α）、生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)蛋白β（Groβ）和Gro癌基因-2（Gro-2）。CXCL2在氨基酸序列上與相關(guān)趨化因子CXCL1有90%的相同性。這種趨化因子由單核細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞分泌，對(duì)多形核白細(xì)胞和造血干細(xì)胞具有趨化作用。CXCL2通過與稱為CXCR2的細(xì)胞表面趨化因子受體相互作用來動(dòng)員細(xì)胞。與相關(guān)趨化因子一樣，CXCL2也是一種強(qiáng)大的中性粒細(xì)胞趨化因子，并參與許多免疫反應(yīng)，包括傷口愈合、癌癥轉(zhuǎn)移和血管生成。
