B7同源物3（B7-H3）是免疫球蛋白超家族的成員，也被稱為CD276，它包含兩個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和兩個Ig型V型（免疫蛋白樣）的結(jié)構(gòu)域。B7-H3可能參與調(diào)節(jié)T細胞介導的免疫反應。B7-H3還通過抑制自然殺傷介導的細胞裂解在腫瘤細胞中發(fā)揮保護作用，并作為檢測神經(jīng)母細胞瘤細胞的標志物。此外，B7-H3參與急性和慢性移植排斥反應的發(fā)展以及粘膜表面淋巴細胞活性的調(diào)節(jié)。它還可以在整個懷孕期間為胎盤和胎兒提供合適的免疫環(huán)境方面發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。
