Mouse IL-23R, Fc Tag (ILR-M5251) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 24 - Asp 372 (Accession # Q8K4B4-1).

蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 66.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-110 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

白細(xì)胞介素23受體（IL-23R）是一種I型細(xì)胞因子受體，IL-23R與受體分子IL12RB1/IL12Rbeta1配對(duì)，兩者都是IL23A信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)所必需的。此外，IL-23R與Janus激酶2（JAK2）組成型結(jié)合，并以配體依賴的方式與轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子STAT3結(jié)合。此外，IL-23R可能通過激活Jak-Stat信號(hào)級(jí)聯(lián)來介導(dǎo)T細(xì)胞、NK細(xì)胞和某些巨噬細(xì)胞/髓系細(xì)胞的刺激。至于IL-23，它可能與自身免疫性炎癥性疾病有關(guān)，對(duì)腫瘤發(fā)生很重要。
