背景(Background)
透明質酸酶PH-20也稱為精子粘附分子1(SPAM1)和精子表面蛋白PH-20,屬于糖基水解酶56家族,SPAM1/PH-20在睪丸中表達。透明質酸中N-乙酰基-β-D-葡糖胺和D-葡萄糖醛酸殘基之間(1->4)鍵的SPAM-1/PH20隨機水解。SPAM-1/PH20參與精卵粘附。受精后,精子必須首先穿透卵子周圍的一層卵丘細胞,然后才能到達透明帶。卵丘細胞包埋在排卵前形成的含有透明質酸的基質中。SPAM1通過消化透明質酸幫助穿透卵丘細胞層。
