Description：Braftide是一種 BRAF 激酶變構(gòu)抑制劑多肽，是由10個(gè)氨基酸組成的多肽，通過(guò)靶向 BRAF 激酶二聚體表面，抑制 BRAF 二聚體的形成，發(fā)揮抑制作用。Braftide 抑制野生型 BRAF 和致癌型 BRAFG469A，IC50 分別為 364 nM 和 172 nM。Braftide 與 TAT 序列結(jié)合使用，可以抑制 MAPK 信號(hào)通路，抑制 KRAS 突變腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖，Braftide對(duì)于 HCT116 和 HCT-15，EC50 分別為 7.1 和 6.6 μM。
Braftide is a BRAF kinase conformational inhibitor peptide composed of 10 amino acids. It exerts inhibitory effects by targeting the surface of BRAF kinase dimers, inhibiting the formation of BRAF dimers. Braftide inhibits wild-type BRAF and oncogenic BRAFG469A with IC50 values of 364 nM and 172 nM, respectively. When combined with TAT sequences, Braftide can inhibit the MAPK signaling pathway and suppress the proliferation of KRAS mutant tumor cells. Braftide has EC50 values of 7.1 and 6.6 μ M for HCT116 and HCT-15, respectively.
