PZ-128 is a cell penetrating peptide, a pioneering, specific and reversible protease activated receptor 1 (PAR1) antagonist peptide, with a sequence containing 7 amino acids. PZ-128 targets the cytoplasmic surface of PAR1 and interrupts the signal for internal localization of G (PAR1-G) protein. PZ-128 has antiplatelet, anti metastasis, anti angiogenesis, and anti-cancer effects.
