CXCL1分子背景
趨化因子（C-X-C基序）配體1（CXCL1）是一種屬于CXC趨化因子家族的細胞因子小分子。也稱為生長調(diào)節(jié)癌基因α（growth regulated cancer alpha，GROα）。它也被稱為小鼠角質(zhì)形成細胞衍生的趨化因子（KC）或大鼠細胞因子誘導的中性粒細胞趨化因子1型（CINC-1）。在人類中，這種蛋白質(zhì)由基因Cxcl1編碼，位于人類4號染色體上其他CXC趨化因子的基因中。趨化因子CXCL1由巨噬細胞、中性粒細胞和上皮細胞表達。趨化因子CXCL1對中性粒細胞具有趨化作用。CXCL1與趨化因子受體CXCR2結合，并在細胞趨化性中發(fā)揮作用。人類CXCL1聚集在4號染色體上，與許多CXC趨化因子基因相鄰。CXCL1的主要作用包括新生血管、炎癥、傷口愈合和腫瘤發(fā)生。
