IL-22分子背景
白細胞介素-22（IL-22）也稱為細胞因子Zcyto18、IL-10相關T細胞衍生誘導因子（IL-TIF），屬于IL-10家族或IL-10超家族（包括IL-19、IL-20、IL-24和IL-26），是一類強效的細胞炎癥反應介質。IL-22由活化的DC和T細胞產生，并啟動針對細菌病原體的先天免疫反應，特別是在呼吸道和腸道上皮細胞等上皮細胞中。IL-22的生物活性是通過與由IL-22R1和IL-10R2受體鏈組成的細胞表面復合物結合而啟動的，并通過與可溶性結合蛋白IL-22BP的相互作用進一步調節(jié)。IL-22還促進肝臟中的肝細胞存活以及肺和腸道中的上皮細胞，類似于IL-10。
