淋巴毒素β受體（LTBR）也被稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員3（TNFRSF3），腫瘤壞死因子III型受體（TNF-RIII），它是一種包含四個TNFR-Cys重復區(qū)的單程I型膜蛋白。除了與HCV核心蛋白相互作用外，LTBR不僅可以與自身結(jié)合，還可以與TRAF3、TRAF4和TRAF5結(jié)合。作為含有LTA和LTB的異三聚體淋巴毒素以及TNFS14/LIGHT的受體，LTBR通過TRAF3和TRAF5促進細胞凋亡。此外，LTBR可能在淋巴器官的發(fā)育中發(fā)揮作用。
