KLRG1分子背景
共抑制受體殺傷細胞凝集素樣受體G1（KLRG1）在NK細胞和活化的CD8+T細胞上特異性表達，被認為是衰老的標志。KLRG1+T細胞是系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡和類風濕性關節(jié)炎等自身免疫性疾病中慢性組織損傷的主要原因。在腫瘤中，表達E-鈣粘蛋白或N-鈣粘蛋白的腫瘤細胞與KLRG1結合，抑制T和NK細胞的抗腫瘤活性。因此，KLRG1充當免疫檢查點抑制受體。
