Description：[Ala2] Endothelin-3, human 是內(nèi)皮素 ET-3 的改造型多肽，其中 Ala 取代了 Cys 殘基，序列中含有兩對二硫鍵。ET-3 是一種血管活性肽，由人橫紋肌肉瘤細胞系產(chǎn)生，在非肌肉來源的人肉瘤細胞系中不表達。ET-3 可作為一種旁分泌因子，促進內(nèi)皮細胞的遷移。
[Ala2] Endothelin-3, human is a modified peptide of endothelin ET-3, in which Ala replaces the Cys residue and contains two pairs of disulfide bonds in the sequence. ET-3 is a vasoactive peptide produced by human rhabdomyosarcoma cell lines and is not expressed in non muscle derived human sarcoma cell lines. ET-3 can act as a paracrine factor to promote the migration of endothelial cells.
