RF1021X Chemical name: Zinc dibutyl dithiophosphate, CAS number: 6990-43-8. It is a phosphate based sulfurization accelerator with a sulfurization rate that belongs to the ultra high speed category. It is a rapid auxiliary accelerator for NR and EPDM rubber, which has significant anti vulcanization and anti reversion effects in NR. This product has no amino structure and does not produce harmful nitrosamines during the vulcanization process. It can be used in vulcanization systems without nitrosamines. It has the advantages of no frost spraying, fast vulcanization speed, and low cost. The product can be used for semi transparent and rapidly vulcanized natural rubber sole formulations, engineering molding and extrusion products, such as films, tire cushioning layers, rubber fenders, sealing strips, etc.

General dosage: 1.0-4.0 parts.

Packaging and Storage

The product is packaged in iron drums, with a capacity of 200 kilograms per drum; Ton box packaging, 1000 kg/box. The transportation temperature ranges from 0 ° C to 45 ° C.
