| In vitro | Methods: The binding of NSUN2_C271 was observed in the human prostate cancer cell line 22Rv1 treated with 5 or 20 μM MY-1B (3 hours). Results: Almost complete binding of NSUN2_C271 (>90%) was observed in the human prostate cancer cell line 22Rv1. [1] The Kinact/Ki value of MY-1B (2.5-20 μM) against recombinant NSUN2 methyltransferase activity at different pre-incubation times and concentrations was 67±15 M. [1] |
