| In vitro | In Human endothelial cells (HMEC-1), Imeglimin (100 μM and 10 mM; 100 μM for 24 hours, 10 mM for 4 hours) can prevent cell death[2]. |
| In vivo | In 4-week-old male C57BL/6JOlaHsd mice, oral administration of Imeglimin (200 mg/kg; b.i.d.; for 6 weeks) caused a slight decrease in body weight and food intake, associated with some diarrhea, but these effects were only observed during the first few days of treatment[1]. |
