It demonstrates anti-hypoxic properties against acute mountain sickness (AMS) and exhibits low cellular activity [1]. |
| In vitro | Compound 5b (hCAI/II-IN-3), administered at concentrations ranging from 5 to 200 μM for a 48-hour period to HEK293T cells, exhibited no significant cytotoxic effects. This observation was confirmed using a Cell Cytotoxicity Assay conducted on embryonic kidney (HEK293T) cells across the specified concentration and incubation parameters, reinforcing the compound’s lack of apparent cytotoxicity. |
