| In vitro | ATIC-IN-1 acetate at concentrations of 10 μM and 50 μM is a specific inhibitor that exhibits non-specific aggregation mechanisms whether in the presence or absence of bovine serum albumin (BSA) at 1 mg/mL and 10 mg/mL [1]. At higher concentrations ranging from 100-500 μM over 48 hours, ATIC-IN-1 acetate inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7 cells [1]. Additionally, at 250 μM over a period of 24 to 72 hours, it leads to a reduction in cell division rather than an increase in cell death [1]. |
