Uses | SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-9 (compound c7) is a nonpeptidic, noncovalent SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitor (IC50=0.085 μM), with improved physicochemical and drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) properties.
