1. 在干燥的三頸燒瓶中加入1,2,4,5-四甲基苯(25.0 g,0.18 mol)和150 mL二氯甲烷,攪拌至完全溶解。2. 向溶液中加入碘(I2,1.0 g,3.94 mmol)作為催化劑。3. 在攪拌下,緩慢滴加溴(Br2,24 mL,74.6 g,0.47 mol)溶于100 mL二氯甲烷的溶液。4. 滴加完畢后,將反應(yīng)混合物加熱至回流,保持1.5小時。5. 反應(yīng)完成后,冷卻至室溫,加入5 M氫氧化鈉水溶液(50 mL)淬滅反應(yīng)。6. 過濾收集固體產(chǎn)物,用去離子水洗滌,干燥,得到1,4-二溴-2,3,5,6-四甲基苯,產(chǎn)率93%(50.6 g)。7. 產(chǎn)物通過1H NMR(500 MHz,CDCl3)和13C NMR(125.68 MHz,CDCl3)進(jìn)行表征:1H NMR δ 2.48(s,12H);13C NMR δ 135.2, 128.3, 22.4。8. 產(chǎn)物的1H NMR譜圖和結(jié)構(gòu)見圖1。
