2-氨基-噻唑-4-甲酰胺性質(zhì)、用途與生產(chǎn)工藝
生產(chǎn)方法
以2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酸乙酯為原料合成2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酰胺的一般步驟:將3.0 g 2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酸乙酯溶解于100 mL氨水中,室溫下攪拌反應(yīng)2小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)液濃縮至干,靜置使針狀結(jié)晶析出。通過過濾收集結(jié)晶,并用冷水洗滌數(shù)次以去除雜質(zhì)。最后,將產(chǎn)物在室溫下干燥,得到1.9 g 2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酰胺,產(chǎn)率為76%,熔點為208-211℃。
