步驟5:喹啉-6-基甲胺的合成 向喹啉-6-甲腈(96 g,0.62 mol)的飽和氨甲醇溶液(1 L)中加入Raney-Ni催化劑(10 g),于室溫下攪拌反應(yīng)混合物。在室溫及1個大氣壓的氫氣氛圍下反應(yīng)16小時。反應(yīng)完成后,過濾除去催化劑,濾液經(jīng)減壓濃縮,得到6-氨基甲基喹啉,為棕色油狀物(80 g,收率82%)。 1H-NMR(δ ppm,DMSO-d6,400 MHz):δ 8.83(dd,J = 4.2, 1.7 Hz,1H),8.29(d,J = 8.3 Hz,1H),7.95(d,J = 8.6 Hz,1H),7.85(s,1H),7.75(dd,J = 8.7, 1.8 Hz,1H),7.49(dd,J = 8.2, 4.2 Hz,1H),3.90(s,2H)。
