以1,2-雙(4-(叔丁基)-2,6-二甲基苯基)二硫醚為原料合成4-叔丁基-2,6-二甲基苯基三氟化硫(Fluolead)的一般步驟如下:在火焰干燥的500mL圓底燒瓶中,配備滴液漏斗,加入無水乙腈(120mL)并在氮氣保護下操作。在攪拌條件下,依次加入噴霧干燥的氟化鉀(29.1g,500mmol)和二(2,6-二甲基-4-叔丁基苯基)二硫化物(19.4g,50mmol)。隨后,通過冰浴將反應(yīng)混合物冷卻至0℃,并緩慢滴加溴(26mL,500mmol)。滴加完畢后,將反應(yīng)混合物在0℃下繼續(xù)攪拌2小時。反應(yīng)完成后,于室溫下減壓除去溶劑及過量溴。最后,通過減壓蒸餾純化產(chǎn)物,得到17.5g淺白色固體,收率為70%。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)19FNMR(d-CH3CN)表征:δ50.9(t,J=62.7Hz,2F),-58.4(d,J=62.7Hz,1F)。
