以4-吡唑硼酸頻哪醇酯(1.94 g,10 mmol)和2-溴乙基甲基醚(1.68 g,12 mmol)為原料,在微波反應(yīng)器中,于160℃下攪拌反應(yīng)1小時。反應(yīng)體系中加入碳酸鉀(2.76 g,20 mmol)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(16 mL)作為溶劑。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物濃縮,并通過硅膠柱色譜法(洗脫劑:30%乙酸乙酯/石油醚)進行純化,得到1-(2-甲氧基乙基)-4-(4,4,5,5-四甲基-1,3,2-二噁硼烷-2-基)-1H-吡唑(2.2 g,收率90%),為黃色油狀物。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR(400 MHz,CDCl3)表征:δ 1.32(12H,s),3.32(3H,s),3.75(2H,t,J = 5.2 Hz),4.30(2H,t,J = 5.2 Hz),7.77(1H,s),7.79(1H,s)。質(zhì)譜分析:[M + H]+ m/z計算值253.2,實測值253.2。
