以(4-(芐氧基)苯基)乙炔基)三甲基硅烷為原料合成4-芐氧基苯炔的一般步驟:將(4-(芐氧基)苯基)乙炔基)三甲基硅烷(5.9 g,21 mmol)和碳酸鉀(10.2 g,73.4 mmol)在無水甲醇(30 mL)和四氫呋喃(30 mL)的混合溶劑中室溫攪拌12小時。反應(yīng)完成后,過濾反應(yīng)混合物,減壓濃縮濾液。將粗產(chǎn)物溶解于乙酸乙酯中,用水洗滌。有機(jī)層用無水硫酸鈉干燥,減壓濃縮,得到白色晶體狀產(chǎn)物4-芐氧基苯炔(4.43 g,收率99%)。產(chǎn)物的熔點(diǎn)為65-66℃。核磁共振氫譜(500 MHz,CDCl3)δ 7.63-7.42(m,7H),6.95(d,J = 8.5 Hz,2H),5.10(s,2H),3.05(s,1H);核磁共振碳譜(125 MHz,CDCl3)δ 159.1, 138.7(2×C),134.1, 129.1(2×C),128.6, 127.9(2×C),117.7(2×C),115.3, 83.5, 76.3。
