以3,4,6-三氯噠嗪為原料合成3,6-二氯噠嗪-4-胺的一般步驟: 實(shí)施例24A:將3,4,6-三氯噠嗪(25g,136mmol)加入至裝有14.8N氫氧化銨溶液(200mL)的500mL不銹鋼壓力瓶中。將反應(yīng)混合物于75℃下攪拌反應(yīng)16小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物冷卻至室溫,通過(guò)過(guò)濾收集固體產(chǎn)物,得到17g(產(chǎn)率76%)目標(biāo)化合物3,6-二氯噠嗪-4-胺。產(chǎn)物表征數(shù)據(jù)如下:1H NMR(400MHz,DMSO-d6)δppm 7.16(s,2H),6.82(s,1H);MS(ESI+)m/z 164(M+H)+。
