化合物34-2(0476)的合成:向34-1(2.0g,9.259mmol)的甲醇(20mL)溶液中加入經(jīng)氮?dú)獯祾叩?0%鈀/碳(0.2g)。隨后通入氫氣以置換氮?dú)?。將反?yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌過(guò)夜。反應(yīng)完成后,過(guò)濾除去催化劑,將濾液濃縮至干,得到34-2(1.7g,產(chǎn)率99%),為棕色固體。
