將4-羥基哌啶(6.24 g,0.06 mol)、對氟苯甲醛(5 g,0.04 mol)和碳酸鉀(K2CO3,8.44 g,0.06 mol)溶于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,150 mL)中,在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下于70℃攪拌反應(yīng)37小時。反應(yīng)完成后,通過抽濾去除碳酸鉀,隨后減壓蒸餾除去DMF。所得粗產(chǎn)物在80℃下真空干燥12小時,最后通過柱色譜法純化,得到目標(biāo)化合物4-(4-羥基哌啶-1-基)苯甲醛,產(chǎn)率為61%。
