以7-羥基-2-氧代-2H-苯并吡喃-3-羧酸乙酯為原料合成7-羥基-2-氧代-2H-苯并吡喃-3-羧酸的一般步驟:在90℃下,將7-羥基-2-氧代-2H-苯并吡喃-3-羧酸乙酯(2.00g,8.55mmol)溶于水(20ml)中,緩慢加入濃鹽酸(6ml),反應(yīng)混合物回流8小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)液冷卻至室溫,過(guò)濾收集沉淀,并用冷水洗滌,得到7-羥基-2-氧代-2H-苯并吡喃-3-羧酸(1.32g,6.41mmol),為淺紅色固體,收率為75%。
