在氮氣保護下,將吩噻嗪(500 mg,2.50 mmol)溶解于無水甲苯(5 mL)中,依次加入碘苯(310 mg,2.2 mmol)、叔丁醇鈉(0.5 mL)和三(二亞芐基丙酮)二鈀(Pd2(dba)3,46 mg,0.05 mmol)。將反應(yīng)混合物轉(zhuǎn)移至密封管中,于160℃下攪拌反應(yīng)16小時。反應(yīng)完成后,冷卻至室溫。分離有機層,水層用二氯甲烷(2×15 mL)萃取。合并有機相,用無水硫酸鈉(Na2SO4)干燥,減壓濃縮。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠柱色譜法純化(洗脫劑:石油醚/乙酸乙酯= 20:1),得到10-苯基吩噻嗪(600 mg,87.3%)為白色固體,熔點205℃。核磁共振氫譜(1H-NMR,300 MHz,丙酮-d6):δ 7.70(t,J = 7.5 Hz,2H),7.57(t,J = 7.2 Hz,1H),7.44(d,J = 7.8 Hz,2H),7.06(d,J = 7.5 Hz,2H),6.92(t,J = 7.2 Hz,2H),6.89(t,J = 7.2 Hz,2H),6.23(d,J = 8.1 Hz,2H)。核磁共振碳譜(13C NMR,100 MHz,丙酮-d6):δ 144.98,141.82,131.64,131.37,129.07,127.31,123.37,120.90,116.96。電噴霧高分辨質(zhì)譜(ESI-HRMS)m/z計算值C18H14NS([M + H]+)為276.0841,實測值為276.0842。
