通用方法:將5mmol對(duì)羥基苯甲醛與5mmol氰乙酸乙酯、25mg聚合物負(fù)載催化劑(0.5mol%底物)及5mL無(wú)水乙醇加入圓底燒瓶中,于室溫下攪拌反應(yīng)。反應(yīng)進(jìn)程通過硅膠薄層色譜(TLC)監(jiān)測(cè),洗脫劑為己烷-乙酸乙酯(10:1)。反應(yīng)完成后,使用濾紙過濾反應(yīng)混合物,濾紙上的催化劑用乙醇多次洗滌。合并洗滌液與濾液,減壓濃縮后分離產(chǎn)物。通常情況下,產(chǎn)物純度較高,無(wú)需進(jìn)一步純化。所有產(chǎn)物均經(jīng)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,并通過熔點(diǎn)測(cè)定、傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)及核磁共振氫譜(1H NMR)進(jìn)行表征。
