在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,向250 mL三頸圓底燒瓶中加入3-(3-溴苯基)丙酸(5 g,21.83 mmol,1.00當(dāng)量)的THF溶液(50 mL)。將反應(yīng)體系冷卻至0℃,在攪拌下緩慢滴加硼烷四氫呋喃絡(luò)合物溶液(1 mol/L,75 mL,74.22 mmol,3.40當(dāng)量)。滴加完畢后,將反應(yīng)混合物逐漸升溫至室溫并攪拌過夜。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物緩慢倒入150 mL 1 mol/L HCl溶液中,用二氯甲烷(3×200 mL)萃取。合并有機(jī)相,用300 mL飽和食鹽水洗滌,無水硫酸鈉干燥,減壓濃縮。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠柱層析純化,洗脫劑為二氯甲烷/甲醇(10:1,v/v)。收集目標(biāo)組分,減壓濃縮,得到3-(3-溴苯基)丙-1-醇(1.3 g,收率28%)為無色油狀物。1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ: 7.41-7.20 (m, 4H), 4.51-4.48 (t, 1H), 3.41-3.34 (m, 2H), 2.67-2.59 (m, 2H), 1.73-1.66 (m, 2H)。
