以甲醇和2,6-二氯煙酸為原料合成2,6-二氯煙酸甲酯的一般步驟:向2,6-二氯煙酸(5.0g,26mmol)的甲醇(100mL)溶液中緩慢加入亞硫酰氯(0.1mL)。將反應(yīng)混合物加熱至回流狀態(tài),并保持反應(yīng)過(guò)夜。反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀除去溶劑。將殘余物溶解于乙酸乙酯中,依次用飽和碳酸氫鈉溶液和飽和氯化鈉溶液洗滌。有機(jī)相用無(wú)水硫酸鈉干燥,過(guò)濾后濃縮,得到白色固體2,6-二氯煙酸甲酯(5.37g,收率100%)。1H NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ8.13(d,J=8.1Hz,1H),7.33(d,J=8.1Hz,1H),3.94(s,3H)。
