以9,10-二(氯甲基)蒽和亞磷酸三乙酯為原料合成9,10-雙(二乙基膦甲基)蒽的一般步驟:將9,10-雙(氯甲基)蒽(7.8 g,28.3 mmol)與亞磷酸三乙酯(30 mL)混合,在溫和回流條件下劇烈攪拌反應(yīng)混合物過夜。反應(yīng)完成后,通過減壓蒸餾去除過量的亞磷酸三乙酯。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠柱色譜法進行純化,采用乙酸乙酯/石油醚(1:1,v/v)作為洗脫劑。最終得到黃色固體產(chǎn)物(10.4 g,產(chǎn)率76.8%)。產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)通過1H NMR(500 MHz,CDCl3)確認(rèn):δ 8.32(d,4H),7.53(d,4H),4.21(d,8H),3.78(d,4H),1.11 ppm(t,12H)。
