概述
Neoaureothin 是一種細菌代謝物，存在于鏈霉菌中。它是一種雄激素受體 (AR) 拮抗劑，可抑制雙氫睪酮 (DHT) 與 AR 的結合 (IC50=13 μM)，并抑制 LNCaP 細胞中 DHT 誘導的前列腺特異性抗原表達 (IC50=1.75 nM)。Neoaureothin 對 A549、HCT116 和 HepG2 細胞具有細胞毒性 (IC50s 分別為 34.3、47 和 37.2 μg/mL)。它還具有針對松木線蟲 B. xylophilus 的殺線蟲活性 (LC50=0.84 μg/mL)，并可提高接種 B. xylophilus 的 P. densiflora 樹的存活率。
