以化合物(CAS: 917882-63-4)為原料合成(S)-(1,4-二惡烷-2-基)甲醇的一般步驟:向中間體83(1.25 g,4.74 mmol)的乙醇溶液(20 mL)中加入鈀碳(10% w/w,192 mg)。在氫氣氣氛下攪拌反應(yīng)混合物18小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物通過(guò)硅藻土過(guò)濾,用乙酸乙酯洗滌濾餅。濾液在減壓下濃縮,得到600 mg目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物,收率89%。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR(500 MHz, Chloroform-d)表征,化學(xué)位移δ(ppm):3.85-3.67(m, 5H),3.66-3.57(m, 2H),3.55(dd, J = 11.7, 5.9 Hz, 1H),3.46(dd, J = 11.1, 10.0 Hz, 1H),1.75(s, 1H)。
