一般步驟:在氮氣保護下,將1,4-二碘苯(396 mg,1.2 mmol)、二苯胺(169 mg,1 mmol)、碘化亞銅(CuI,19 mg,0.1 mmol)、菲咯啉(28.2 mg,0.12 mmol)和氫氧化鉀(224 mg)加入無水甲苯(20 mL)中。將反應(yīng)混合物加熱至120℃,并在此溫度下攪拌反應(yīng)約12小時。反應(yīng)完成后,加入水(30 mL)淬滅反應(yīng)。用二氯甲烷(CH2Cl2,30 mL)萃取反應(yīng)混合物三次,合并有機相并用無水硫酸鎂干燥過夜。減壓蒸發(fā)除去有機溶劑,得到粗產(chǎn)物。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠柱色譜純化,以石油醚作為洗脫液,得到N-(4-碘苯基)-N-苯基苯胺(315.4 mg,85%),為白色粉末。熔點>300℃;1H NMR(300 MHz,CDCl3):δ 7.58(d,2H),7.28(m,4H),7.08(m,6H),6.83(d,2H);MS(ESI):m/z,C18H14IN的計算值:371.21,實測值:372.02 [M + H]+。
