在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,將甲醇(5 mL)冷卻至0℃,緩慢滴加乙酰氯(0.4 mL,5.63 mmol)。攪拌反應(yīng)10分鐘后,緩慢加入3-(4-碘苯基)丙酸(498 mg,1.80 mmol)。將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌VA小時(shí),隨后在真空下濃縮。將濃縮物重新溶解于甲醇中,再次濃縮,得到512 mg(98%收率)的純白色固體產(chǎn)物3-(4-碘苯基)丙酸甲酯。薄層色譜(TLC)Rf值為0.39(展開劑比例:乙酸乙酯:己烷=1:4)。核磁共振氫譜(1H NMR,CDCl3)δ 7.61-7.59(m,2H),6.97-6.94(m,2H),3.66(s,3H),2.92-2.87(t,2H,J=7.5 Hz),2.63-2.58(t,2H,J=7.5 Hz)。核磁共振碳譜(13C NMR,CDCl3)δ 173.0,140.1,137.5,130.4,91.4,51.7,35.4,30.4。電子轟擊質(zhì)譜(EI-MS)m/z 290.0(MH+)。
