在氮氣保護(hù)下，將2-溴-5-苯基噻吩（化合物111，2.50g，10.4mmol）溶解于無水THF（50mL）中，冷卻至-78℃。緩慢滴加正丁基鋰（n-BuLi，8.4mL的2.5M己烷溶液）。反應(yīng)混合物在-78℃下攪拌1小時后，緩慢加入硼酸三甲酯（2.40mL，20.9mmol）。繼續(xù)在-78℃下攪拌30分鐘，隨后移除冷卻浴，使反應(yīng)混合物逐漸升溫至室溫，并在37℃下攪拌3小時。反應(yīng)完成后，用1N HCl（100mL）淬滅反應(yīng)，隨后用乙酸乙酯萃取。合并有機(jī)層，用無水硫酸鎂干燥，減壓濃縮。粗產(chǎn)物用石油醚漿化，經(jīng)過濾并干燥，得到(5-苯基噻吩-2-基)硼酸（化合物112，1.04g，產(chǎn)率48.8%）。
