以甲醇和順式-1,2-環(huán)己烷二羧酸酐為原料合成反式-2-(甲氧羰基)環(huán)己烷羧酸的一般步驟:將順式-1,2-環(huán)己烷二羧酸酐(7.0 g,45.5 mmol)溶于甲醇(2 mL,49.5 mmol)中,于100℃下攪拌反應(yīng)1小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過蒸發(fā)去除溶劑,得到白色固體產(chǎn)物反式-2-(甲氧羰基)環(huán)己烷羧酸(8.46 g,45.5 mmol,產(chǎn)率100%),該產(chǎn)物無(wú)需進(jìn)一步純化即可用于后續(xù)步驟。產(chǎn)物的熔點(diǎn)為67-69℃。紅外光譜(KBr)顯示特征吸收峰:ν 3060, 1710, 1670 cm-1。1H NMR(400 MHz, CDCl3)數(shù)據(jù):δ 7.54(s, 1H), 3.68(s, 3H), 2.89-2.81(m, 2H), 2.09-1.96(m, 2H), 1.83-1.72(m, 2H), 1.61-1.36(m, 4H)。13C NMR(100 MHz, CDCl3)數(shù)據(jù):δ 179.76, 174.06, 51.71, 42.48, 42.33, 26.25, 25.95, 23.74, 23.62。高分辨質(zhì)譜(ESI)分析:[M-H]-計(jì)算值為C9H13O4的185.0792,實(shí)測(cè)值為185.0790。
