實施例2:3-[3-(三氟甲基)苯基]丙醛(II)的合成 將化合物(V)(1.0g, 4.90mmol)溶于二氯甲烷(20mL)中,置于水/冰浴中冷卻。依次加入DMSO(770mg, 9.80mmol)和P2O5(1.39g, 9.80mmol),攪拌下反應(yīng)30分鐘,期間溫度升至20℃。隨后,將反應(yīng)混合物再次置于水/冰浴中冷卻,并加入三乙胺(2.4mL, 17.15mmol)。繼續(xù)攪拌,使溫度升至20℃。反應(yīng)1小時后,用5% HCl處理混合物,分離有機相和水相。有機相進一步用5% HCl洗滌,隨后用鹽水洗滌,無水Na2SO4干燥,過濾后減壓濃縮,得到0.99g目標產(chǎn)物(II),收率定量。 1H NMR (300MHz, CDCl3), ppm: 9.83 (t, 1H, J=0.9Hz), 7.48-7.38 (m, 4H), 3.02 (t, 2H, J=7.2Hz), 2.82 (m, 2H)。
