步驟2:將4,6-二羥基-2-甲硫基-5-硝基嘧啶(9.30 g,45.81 mmol)與三氯氧化磷(40 mL)和二乙基苯胺(12 mL)混合,回流反應(yīng)1小時。反應(yīng)完成后,部分蒸發(fā)反應(yīng)混合物,隨后將剩余液體緩慢倒入冰水中,析出棕色固體。通過過濾收集固體產(chǎn)物,并用冷水充分洗滌。將所得固體在真空條件下干燥,得到4,6-二氯-2-甲硫基-5-硝基嘧啶(10.5 g,收率95%),為棕色固體。產(chǎn)物的低分辨率質(zhì)譜(LRMS)顯示m/z = 240(對應(yīng)于C5H3Cl2N3O2S的[M + H]+離子)。核磁共振(NMR)譜圖分析結(jié)果與目標(biāo)化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)一致。
