實施例1 2,7-二溴-9,9-二癸基芴的合成:在氮氣保護下,將2,7-二溴芴(64.8 g,0.20 mol)、碘化鉀(3.0 g,0.018 mol)、細(xì)粉狀氫氧化鉀(56.0 g,1 mol)和二甲基亞砜(150 mL)加入三頸圓底燒瓶中,進行機械攪拌。將燒瓶置于冰水浴中冷卻,隨后分四批加入癸基溴(90 mL,95.94 g,0.434 mol)。注意,加入過程中內(nèi)部溫度會顯著上升。待最后一次加料完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下繼續(xù)攪拌4小時。反應(yīng)結(jié)束后,加入水(200 mL)淬滅反應(yīng),過濾收集固體產(chǎn)物。將所得固體置于裝有五氧化二磷的干燥器中干燥16小時。粗產(chǎn)物通過乙醇重結(jié)晶純化,得到2,7-二溴-9,9-二癸基芴,為白色晶體(熔點40-41℃),產(chǎn)率為92.7%。質(zhì)譜分析顯示分子離子峰m/z為602, 604, 606(M+),碎片離子峰m/z為461, 463, 465(M-C10H21),以及382, 384(461-Br)。元素分析結(jié)果:C33H48Br2的計算值:C,65.56%;H,8.00%;Br,26.44%。實測值:C,64.99%;H,8.21%;Br,27.25%。
