以甲醇和3-羥基-4-碘苯甲酸為原料合成3-羥基-4-碘苯甲酸甲酯的一般步驟如下:首先,獲得61.31g 3-羥基-4-碘苯甲酸,呈現(xiàn)為白色固體。隨后,將47g(150mmol)的3-羥基-4-碘苯甲酸溶解于300mL甲醇中,并加入6.13g(35.6mmol)的對甲苯磺酸作為催化劑。將反應(yīng)混合物在70℃下持續(xù)加熱48小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過加入11μL水終止反應(yīng)。過濾沉淀出的產(chǎn)物,并用蒸餾水洗滌至中性pH。最終,獲得37.4g(產(chǎn)率76%)的3-羥基-4-碘苯甲酸甲酯,產(chǎn)品為米色粉末。
