IHVR-19029 is a lead endoplasmic reticulum α-glucosidases I and II inhibitor, which efficiently protected mice from lethal Ebola and Marburg virus infections via injection route. IHVR-19029 是一種有效的內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng) α-葡萄糖苷酶 Ⅰ 和 Ⅱ (α-glucosidases I/II) 抑制劑，對(duì) ER α-葡萄糖苷酶 Ⅰ 的 IC50 為 0.48 μM。IHVR-19029 能有效阻斷幾種出血熱病毒的復(fù)制，如登革病毒、埃博拉病毒和裂谷熱病毒。IHVR-19029 和 Favipiravir (HY-14768) 聯(lián)合提高抗病毒活性。
